Trouble Logging

Minimum Browser Requirement

You must have Internet Explorer 7.0(or above) with 128 bit encryption .

Screen resolution

Best viewed in 1024*768 pixels.
For changing Resolution, Right click on Desktop --> choose Properties --> Settings --> Screen area

Enable Pop Up's

You must enable pop ups from site http://www.rsec.co.in
Make sure you enable pop up's from Reliance Securities site, if you have installed any pop up blocking software

Enable Cookies

You must enable cookies to use Reliance Securities portal Instructions for enabling cookies in Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher

  • Click the Security tab
  • With Internet selected click Custom Level
  • Scroll down to the Cookies section
  • Click Enable in the Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
  • Click OK to accept this change
  • Click OK to close the Internet Options window

Insta Trade System requirements

For Using our Insta trade Trading interface please make sure your browser/system have the following settings.

  • Go to Start --> Settings --> Control Panel and disable your Windows firewall in the control panel
  • Uninstall Google, Ask and vuze toolbar if installed
  • Download the 16MB link and Sun JRE ver 1.5.0 will be installed in your system

Change your browser in advanced options (Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> Java (Sun))

  • Enable Java Sun
  • Microsoft VM should be disabled
