Eligibility

An individual is eligible to be appointed as a sub broker if he:

Is a citizen of India; is minimum 21 years of age;
Has not been convicted of any offence involving fraud and dishonesty; Has good reputation and character;
Applicant's name should not appear in the list of defaulters as published by the regulatory Authority
Has passed at least 12th standard or equivalent examination from an institution recognized by the government; (SEBI may relax the educational qualifications on merits having regard to the applicant's experience);
Not registered as a Sub broker or Remisier with any other member of the Exchange

Is a citizen of India; is minimum 21 years of age;
Has not been convicted of any offence involving fraud and dishonesty; Has good reputation and character;
Applicant's name should not appear in the list of defaulters as published by the regulatory Authority
Has passed at least 12th standard or equivalent examination from an institution recognized by the government; (SEBI may relax the educational qualifications on merits having regard to the applicant's experience);
Not registered as a Sub broker or Remisier with any other member of the Exchange
