- This platform works on over 7000+ different mobile phones and one does not need an expensive handset to use this application.
- The Client does not have to install or download any application on his handset.
- The client’s credentials are transmitted on SSL secured connection.
There is no subscription of this product (as of now). Client should have mobile
phone with internet access on the phone through GPRS or CDMA and should have
Reliance Money trading (Equity/Commodities) account.
A client can place trades while he is on the move and doesn’t have access to
computer.
There are no fees or subscription charges, only data download charges as
applicable by the service provider.
Yes
- Volantis has provided the framework. Wipro has developed the application. The interface between trading software was jointly developed by Religare Technova and Wipro. The project management was done by our IT team.
- We are using Jboss which is freeware for application server.
The network security is taken care by SSL authentication.
- User authentication is based on Reliance Money user id, password and token key, just as in the case of trading platform. There is no time lag as mobile application is connected using API calls to Religare Technova trading engine. Orders are routed to through Religare Technova trading engine.
- Volantis is the platform used for creating device independent mobile application.
- Volantis provides off site support for framework related issues.
- Wipro has provided resources to develop the application.
- Religare Technova provided support for integration of Volantis application to
Religare’s Trading Engine.
Commodities
A registered user of commodities trading on Reliance Money can login to Commodity Trading on mobile using his trading username, password and security token.
The Home Page has following functionalities
Market Watch
- It shows the NCDEX and MCX contracts in two tabs.
- Maximum of 5 contracts can be displayed on one Market Watch tab.
- It also has an ‘Others’ option to view any contract which user has not added on the Market Watch.
BUY/SELL
- To Buy/Sell any commodity, user selects any one of the commodities from the Market Watch or by finding any other contract by using the ‘Others’ option on his Market Watch and click on BUY/SELL button
- The Buy/Sell form is pre-filled with the default information for the selected contract.
Full Quotes
- Displays the details of the selected contract from Market Watch like OFFER QTY, BID QTY, LTP, LTQ.

Add Contract
- User cannot add contract to the Market Watch if there are 5 contracts already present. One contract has to be deleted first to add more.
- User can find contract from NCDEX/MCX exchange based on the ticker name and the expiry date of the contract and add the contract to his Market Watch on the home page.
Delete Contract
- User can delete any contract from the Market Watch by selecting the contract and then using the delete button.
Reports
User can view the following reports:
- Order Book - To view the trading orders placed by the client on the
current date (In case of Day orders). Pending GTC and GTD can also be
viewed till they are cancelled.

Modify: User can select a ‘Pending’ order from his Order Book and edit the details to modify his previous Buy/Sell transaction to a new one.
- Delete: User can select a ‘Pending’ order from his Order Book and cancel his previous Buy/Sell transaction.
- Trade Book – To view the Traded orders of customer for the current date.
- Open Positions – A report which displays all the current and previous open positions of the client. Square off order can be placed for these open positions.
Square Off:User can select any Open Position from the report and place a square off order.
- Ledger Balance – To view the available and blocked margins of the client.
Equities
A registered user of Equities trading on Reliance Money can login to Equity Login on mobile using his trading username, password and security token. On the equity home page the client has to select the Trade Now option to start trading. Client will have the option to trade in Equity and Derivative segment.
Equity Segment:
On clicking the equity option the client will be directed to the order form page. By default BSE exchange is selected. To place an order in NSE client will have to select NSE exchange.
BUY/SELL

To Buy/Sell any scrip, user can enter first three letters of the scrip name and click on ‘Get Scrip Code’ button to select the scrip for buying or selling.
- The Buy/Sell form is pre-filled with the default information for the selected scrip.
- The price quotes get updated by clicking on the Refresh button.
- Client can place Limit, Market or Stop Loss order.
Equity Reports
User can view the following reports:
- Order Book - To view the trading orders placed by the client on the
current date.

Modify: User can select a ‘Pending’ order from his Order Book and edit the details to modify his previous Buy/Sell transaction to a new one.
- Delete: User can select a ‘Pending’ order from his Order Book and cancel his previous Buy/Sell transaction.

sell orders by selecting the scrip to be sold.
- ATST Projections – Scrips bought on T-1 and T day are visible in this

- Limit Card – Displays the last 20 records of limit card transactions of the
client.
- Ledger Report – Displays last 20 records of the client’s settlement
ledger.
- Portfolio Management System – Displays the demat holding of the
client with the last traded price.
Derivatives Segment:
On clicking the derivative option the client will be directed to the order form page. By default Futures is selected. To place an order in Options client will have to click on the Options link.
