  1. Card mean valid Reliance Money Club Elite card.
  2. Card Member mean Reliance Money Club Elite card holder.
  3. Programme means the Reliance Money Club Elite Cards rewards programme
  4. Points means reward points awarded under the programme
  5. The programme enables a Card Member to earn points on valid purchase/transaction of financial products offered by Reliance Money from time to time. The points are redeemable against gifts listed in the Reliance Money Club Elite webpage, ‘How to Redeem’ section. (visit www.reliancemoney.com for more details.)
  6. The programme will remain open from the effective date till such time as may be determined by Reliance Money at their sole discretion. Reliance Money reserves the sole right to exclude any of the products and services featured in the redemption programme for redemption of the points.
  7. Reliance Money reserves the right to modify wholly or in part, the programme or terminate the programme at any time without any prior notice to the card members.
  8. Any dispute arising out of products or services found defective/deficient from the redemption of Points must be addressed in writing to Reliance Money Club Elite Rewards programme, Reliance Money Ltd., 250-A/1, Baburao Pendharkar Marg, Off Dr. Annie Besant Road, (Landmark: Near National Cycles Limited), Worli, Mumbai - 400 025.Tel: 022 - 30443, within 7 days of delivery of the goods/services to the Card Members. Any claim made after 7 days will not be entertained.
  9. This scheme is entirely voluntary and it is understood that all transactions are voluntarily made by a card member in the normal course of business. The terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the rules and regulations governing the financial products purchased.
  10. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Reliance Money to continue this programme or conduct further similar or other schemes.
  11. The existence of a dispute if any regarding the product/services shall not constitute a claim against Reliance Money.
  12. Reliance Money's computation of the redemption points shall be final, conclusive and binding on Card Members and will not be subject to be disputed or questioned.
  13. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection, with or as a result of this programme, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts /tribunals at Mumbai.
  14. In the case of a disputed transaction being resolved in favor of the card member and/or where a transaction is reversed, the equivalent points will also be reversed
  15. Reliance Money may, at its sole discretion, utilise the services of external service provider/s or agent/s and on such terms as required or necessary, in relation to its products

  1. Reliance Money, at its sole discretion, may also award points for any other transactions either for a specific period or for specific situations/promotional schemes. Reliance Money reserves the right for not awarding the loyalty points for disputed transactions.
  2. Customers have to ensure to register all their transactions at the nearest Reliance Money branch with in 30 days of the purchase to be eligible for reward points.
  3. The list of transactions eligible for receiving reward points may be modified by Reliance Money at its discretion without intimation to the card member.
  4. No accumulation or carry over or redemption of points will be permissible, if on the relevant date the card, has been withdrawn or closed or cancelled or reinstated or is liable to be cancelled/withdrawn because of any reasons whatsoever or on any breach of the terms and conditions.
  5. The points will lapse in the event that such a card account is closed either voluntarily by the card member or by Reliance Money at its discretion. Should the card account be reinstated either by the card member or by Reliance Money, the card member will not get the benefit of any points accrued prior to cancellation or withdrawal or closure of the card account.
  6. Reliance Money Club Elite Cards rewards programme should not be construed as any advice or recommendation with regard to investment in general or in any particular security. Reliance Money and their affiliates accept no liabilities for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of this programme.
  7. Points accrued have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash and/or set off against any dues in any form.
  8. Reward points are non transferable.
Redemption
  1. The card must be in good standing i.e. not cancelled or terminated by Reliance Money or by the card member at the time of a redemption request.
  2. The points are redeemable only against products, vouchers or services as featured in the Reliance Money Club Elite webpage, ‘How to Redeem’ section. (visit www.reliancemoney.com for more details) and against any other products, vouchers or services as intimated from time to time by Reliance Money under the programme.
  3. All products/ vouchers featured in the Reliance Money Club Elite webpage, ‘How to Redeem’ section. (visit www.reliancemoney.com for more details) are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties / restrictions at the time of redemption. Reliance Money gives no warranty (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the product / services acquired under the programme or through other reward programmes. In particular, Reliance Money gives no warranty with respect to the quality of goods acquired or their suitability for any purpose.
  4. Selection of products offered for redemption is and will be at the sole discretion of Reliance Money Club Elite cards and is liable to change without notice.
  5. Redemption orders from card members once given to Reliance Money Club Elite Cards cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed.
  6. On redemption, the points would automatically be subtracted from the accumulated points in the card member's account.
  7. There will be no compensation, whether in the form of cash or otherwise, for the points, which have lapsed for any reason whatsoever.
  8. Goods will reach the primary card member within 21 working days of receipt of the order on a best effort basis. Notwithstanding the same, Reliance Money will not be liable for any delay beyond this time period.
  9. Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received and accepted by Reliance Money Club Elite Cards. If a card member does not have a sufficient number of points for an order, the order will be deemed cancelled.
  10. Reliance Money will not be responsible for products or vouchers stolen, damaged or lost in transit before delivery to the card member.
  11. Reliance Money will not be held responsible where any supplier of products offered to card members withdraws, cancels, alters or amends those products.
  12. Information supplied by the card member on the redemption of certain reward points may be used by Reliance Money Club Elite cards or the service establishments that provide the rewards for administrative or marketing purposes or such other or further purpose as Reliance Money may determine.
  13. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government of India or any other authority or body or any other participating establishment which may arise or accrue to the card member by redemption as aforesaid or otherwise as a result of this scheme shall be to the sole account of card member.
The participation in this programme will be deemed to be acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
