CMC Limited (CMC), a 51% subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), provides services under four SBU’s namely, Customer Services, System Integration, IT Enabled Services and Education & Training. CMC also has a subsidiary, CMC Americas, which services clients in the US, while its branch offices in the UK and Dubai market products and services in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. At the end of Fiscal 09, CMC has revenues mix of around 60% from domestic market and 40% from international market, nevertheless management endeavors in focusing high margins international business has changed thismix to almost 50:50 by end of Q1FY10.
