Gemini Communication to consider dividend
The board meeting of Gemini Communication will be held on 18 July 2011 to consider the audited financial results of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2011 and to recommend dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2011. The board will also consider the proposal for buy-back of equity shares.
