The board of Vertex Securities in its meeting on 19 March 2010 has decided to accept the retirement of Ranjan Verghese on attaining superannuation as managing director of the company with effect from 31 March 2010. He is continuing as a director in the board of the company.
Further, the board has appointed Kumar Nair, chairman as managing director of the company.
