The members of Polytex India in the extra-ordinay general meeting on 05 March 2010 have approved the preferential issue of warrants pursuant to section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956, securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and all other applicable rules, regulations and guidelines.
