Cummins India appoints additional director
The board of Cummins India in its meeting on 25 January 2010 has appointed James Kelly as additional director of the company with effect from 25 January 2010.

Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Glyn Price as director of the company with effect from 25 January 2010.
