Wipro to issue & allot equity shares Under Restricted Stock Unit Plan The committee of Wipro on 29 June 2011 has resolved to issue and allot 1,28,458 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
