Mohit Paper Mills allots equity shares The board of Mohit Paper Mills in its meeting on 24 June 2011 has allotted 6,66,666 equity shares to the persons included in the promoters group, pursuant to conversion of 3rd trench of convertible warrants earlier allotted on preferential basis.
