Trinethra Infra Ventures allots equity shares Under ESOP The board of Trinethra Infra Ventures in its meeting on 28 June 2011 has allotted 38,40,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each to certain employees against exercise of stock options granted to them, pursuant to ESOP Scheme of the company.Consequently, the paid-up capital was increased from Rs 6.46 crore to Rs 7.22 crore.
