JSW Energy achieves COD of 2nd unit of 300 MW at its Ratnagiri Plant With effect from 30 December 2010 JSW Energy has successfully commissioned second unit of 300 MW of the 4 X 300 MW power project at Jaigad in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, achieved commercial operation date (COD) with effect from 30 December 2010.Pursuant to COD of second unit, the total aggregate operating capacity at Ratnagiri Maharashtra is 600 MW. The company is targeting to commission the balance two units of 300 MW each in the current fiscal.The company made this announcement after the trading hours on 30 December 2010.
