Tutis Technologies appoints statutory auditors To convene EGM The board of Tutis Technologies in its meeting on 29 June 2011 has approved the appointment of Vijay R Tater & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as statutory auditors of the company to fill casual vacancy caused by resignation of K P Joshi & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai.Further, the board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 29 July 2011.
