Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange that the Administrative Committee of the Company's Board of Directors vide Circular resolution dated June 29, 2011 resolved to issue and allot 128458 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Option Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
