Petron Engineering Construction Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2010 approved the Re-appointment of Mr. T.S.Das as Managing Director for a further period of two years w.e.f. January 11, 2011, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
