Astra Microwave Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on December 31, 2010 has issued and allotted 2,72,75,075 equity shares of Rs.2/- each, as Bonus shares to those members, whose names appeared in the Register of the Members of the Company on December 31, 2010 being the Record Date fixed for the purpose. Accordingly w.e.f. December 31, 2010, the Issued, subscribed and Paid-up Share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.16,36,50,450/- divided into 8,18,25,225 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.
