Zodiac Clothing Company Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2011 have recommended a Dividend of Rs.5/- per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on June 28, 2011, have recommended the following dividend on expanded capital (pursuant to Bonus Shares allotted on August 25, 2010) for the financial year April 01, 2010 to March 31, 2011 Rs.5/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each on 12821064 Equity Shares (previous year Rs.7/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each on 8392676 Equity Shares).
