Mrf Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the provisions of Section 192A Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, the consent of the Shareholders of the Company are proposed to be obtained to transact through Postal Ballot an Ordinary Resolution under Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for sale/transfer of Speciality Coating Division to a 100% subsidiary of the Company.
