Salora International Limited had informed the Exchange that it has been decided to close the manufacturing unit of the Company situated at C-52, Phase II, Noida (U.P.) w.e.f. January 31, 2011. This unit has been operating at higher fixed cost resulting in operational losses. The Company has now informed the Exchange that It is further clarified that Company will continue manufacture of consumer electronic products at its other units and on outsource basis.
