Future Capital Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange that the Compensation and Nomination Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed through circulation by it dated June 29, 2011, has granted 65,000 (Sixty Five Thousand) and 835,000 (Eight Lac Thirty Five Thousand) Stock Options, under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008 and 2011, respectively, representing equal number of equity shares of face value Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten Only) each, in the Company to the Eligible Employees.
