Aia Engineering Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members in respect of equity shares of the Company shall remain close from July 30, 2011 to August 12, 2011 (both days inclusive) to ascertain the entitlement of memberships of the company for the payment of dividend as may be declared by the members of the company at their Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 12, 2011 for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.
