Datamatics Global Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board has vide a circular resolution dated December 24, 2010, approved the option of suitable arrangement/ restructuring the Company on achieving agreed critical mass in a particular segment of the business which would also enable the Company to stay focused and adequately reward the performing segment of business head/team.
