Rolta India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2011 took on record the Retirement of Mr. Adarshpal Singh as Joint Managing Director w.e.f. July 01, 2011 (i.e. after close of business hours of June 30, 2011 ). Further he continues to be member on the Board of the Company.
