Micro Technologies (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the dividend on the Company's Shares (Rs. 2 per share) will be payable from July 20, 2011 and the Dividend Warrants will be issued simultaneously, which shall be payable at Par, so as to reach the holders of shares on or before the date fixed for payment of dividend i.e. July 28, 2011.
