Excel Crop Care Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2011 to July 27, 2011 (both days inclusive) in connection with the ensuing Annual General Meeting proposed to be held on July 27, 2011 as well as for payment of dividend of Rs. 3.75 per share (75%) recommended by the Directors of the company in their meeting held on May 25, 2011.
