Coal India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Registrar of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will be closed from September 12, 2011 to September 16, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 20, 2011 as well as for payment of Final Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
