Camlin Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held on December 30, 2010, have allotted 170327 Equity shares of Re 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the ''Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008''. The shares are allotted at a price of Rs.16/- per equity share. Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 61019814 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each.
