Micro Inks to acquire common stocks of Hostmann Steinberg Inc. USA
The board of Micro Inks has decided to acquire common stocks (including additional paid-in capital) of Hostmann Steinberg Inc. USA from Micro Inks GmbH, Austria, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company at net assets value of US$ 2280, as certified by a professional firm of chartered accountants and then to de-register Micro Inks GmbH, Austria a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The board has also decided to close Micro Inks (Hong Kong), a subsidiary of the company's subsidiary and then to close Micro Inks (Singapore), Singapore a wholly own subsidiary of the company.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 14 February 2009.
