The committee of Jyoti Structures has allotted 25,500 equity shares of Rs 2 each arising out of stock options granted to the employees of the company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 25,500 equity shares of Rs 2 each, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs 16,33,43,680 divided into 8,16,71,840 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
These shares were allotted at the committee of directors on 14 February 2009.
