Hindustan Petroleum Corporation forms CREDA - HPCL Biofuels
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation has formed a subsidiary company i.e. CREDA - HPCL Biofuels in association with Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) constituted for the development of renewable energy sources in the state of Chhattisgarh for the purpose of cultivation of Jatropha Plants for the production of bio-diesel.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 16 October 2008.
