BASIS OF ALLOTMENT
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to thank all its Members and investors for their applications in the aforesaid rights issue. The issue which opened on September 29,2008 and closed on October 18.2008 was subscribed 1.1817 times. The Basis of Allotment was finalized on October 24,2008 in consultation with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai (BSE, the "Designated Stock Exchange"). As stated in the letter of offer, equity share were allotted in full to the shareholders and renouncees against applications towards their entitlement as well as additional equity shares applied for by such equity shareholders.
Allotment-cum-refund orders and share certificates for physical mode have been dispatched to the allottees on October 29,2008 and Allotment-Advise cum-refund orders for Equity shares in electronic mode have also been dispatched to the allottees on October 29,2008, Equity shares in electronic mode have been uploaded in NSDL/CDSL system by the Registrar to the Issue for being credited to the respective demat accounts.
Application for listing of the said shares have been made on October 29,2008 to BSE and the company has received listing approval from them vide their letter no. DCS/PREF/ST/IP-RT/1456/08-09 dated October 29,2008, INVESTORS PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW FULLY PAID UP EQUITY SHARES WILL HAVE THE SAME IS IN AS THAT OF THE EXISTING LISTED SHARES OF SADHANA NITRO CHEM LTD.
