| Public Issue of 3833667 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Thangamayil Jewellery Limited(TJL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.75 per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 65 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 28.75 crores (The Issue). Upto 120000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.90 crores will be reserved in the issue for subscription by eligible employees (The Employees Reservation Portion). The Issue less the employee reservation portion is referred to as the Net Issue. The Issue will constitute 27.94% of the post issued paid up capital of the company.
