     --> Advanced --> Java (Sun)
Disable Microsoft VM
Change your browser settings for Sun JRE. If the option is not found, probably you don′ t have Sun JRE ver 1.5.0 installed in your machine.

For installing click on the given link download Sun JRE ver 1.5.0
Select platform i.e your computer operating system and click on continue
Download the 16MB link and Sun JRE ver 1.50 will be installed in your system.
