Allcargo Global Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that: "At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Allcargo Global Logistics Limited held today i.e. October 12, 2007, the Board inter-alia: 1) approved a Scheme of Arrangement for acquisition of the business including the assets and liabilities of the Projects and Equipment Division of Transindia Freight Services Private Limited (TFSPL) and 2) approved a fund raising programme up to Rs.300 crores through issue of equity shares and / or equity linked instrument / securities". Further, the Company has submitted to the Exchange copies of two press releases dated October 12, 2007, titled "Allcargo Global Logistics Limited announces acquisition of the Projects and Equipment Division of Transindia Freight Services Private Limited" and "Allcargo Global Logistics Limited plans to raise up to Rs.300 crores through capital markets".
