Adlabs Films allots equity shares On conversion of zero coupon FCCBs The committee of Adlabs Films has allotted 9,48,565 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each for cash at a price of Rs 543.42 per share, pursuant to the conversion notices received in respect of conversion of zero coupon FCCBs aggregating 9,500,000 Euros in value.Pursuant to the allotment the total paid up share capital of the company shall be Rs 21,19,51,655 divided into 4,23,90,331 equity shares of Rs 5 each fully paid up.Further pursuant to the allotment the Networth of the company shall be Rs 451.85 crore. The outstanding amount of zero coupon FCCBs is now 58,065,000 Euros in value.These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 11 December 2007.
