Aekta to change its name to Ludlow Jute & Industries Appoints executive chairman The board of Aekta has decided to change the name of the company from Aekta to Ludlow Jute & Industries or any other name as applied by the company and approved by the registrar of companies, West Bengal.The board has decided to appoint Sundar Kanoria as an executive chairman of the company, with effect from 01 October 2007.This was decided at the board meeting held on 26 September 2007.
