Ashco Industries to change its name To increase authorised capital The board of Ashco Industries has decided to change the name from ASHCO INDUSTRIES to ASHCO BIOSCIENCE RESEARCH.The board further decided to increase the authorized share capital from Rs 20 crore to Rs 60 crore.These decisions were taken at the board meeting held on 10 October 2007.
