Gujarat Nre Coke Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "A Circular Resolution has been sent on 8th November, 2007 to the members of the Board of Directors of the Company, for their consideration and consent on issuance of 4,00,00,000 (Four Crore) Convertible Warrants on Private Placement/Preferential basis subject to the approval of shareholders (through a Special Resolution under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956) and subject to the rules/regulations/guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)".
