﻿<ul﻿>﻿<li﻿>﻿Contest valid from 14th April 2009 to 14th May 2009 inclusive of both dates.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿Contest available only at select participating India Post Offices.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿Contest Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿Participation in this Contest will be construed as an acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions as stipulated.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿Customers purchasing Gold Coins through any of the select Post office shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.﻿</li>﻿ 
﻿<li﻿>﻿Contestant must be of minimum age of 18 years on the day of participation in the contest and of Indian Nationality.  ﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿Contestant must write a slogan within a maximum of 15 words (in English). Organizers will choose the best slogans from the eligible ones. Decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿All entries for the Contest (via the Business Reply Card) must be received by 25th May 2009 at the address mentioned in the form.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿Reliance Money will not be responsible for non receipt of entries due to any postal delays or any other reason beyond its control.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿The following are the proposed categories for winning a Prize with number of potential winners per category: Upto-﻿</li>﻿

﻿<li﻿>﻿   Closure of the contest period, the contest evaluation will be held at Reliance Money, Registered office premises in Mumbai.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	The date for declaring the winners is 28th May 2009. In the event of any change in the given date or venue , the same will be intimated on our website www.reliancemoney.com﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	The customers must mention their correct contact details at the time of purchase and while writing on the Business Reply card. The contact details given shall be considered final in all respect. In case of the same being wrong and / or in case of mismatch in the address, the winner shall not be entitled for the Prize and the decision of the Organizers in this regard shall be final and binding.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	Winners will be intimated individually on declaration of the result, and the same may be through phone or such other means as the Organizers may deem fit. The winner has to confirm his name, contact number and the residential address to be entitled for the Prize. The details provided i.e. mobile number / e-mail ID / address received from the customers shall be considered final and the same may be used for communicating to the winning participant. Organizers do not accept any responsibility for any incorrect communication details provided by customers and / or delay in receiving the communication and /or non-receipt of communication.﻿</li>﻿

﻿<li﻿>﻿	The winners have to claim their Prize within 1 week of receipt of intimation. In case the Organizer is not able to contact the winner due to any reason including mobile number is not reachable / switched off / out of service / verification is not provided accurately, the Organizers shall neither be responsible nor will they initiate any further efforts to contact the customer. ﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	Winners have to provide original proof of purchase/receipt during the offer period and through the selected participating India Post offices together with proof of identity to claim the Prize. The name on the invoice number has to match with the proof of identity.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	Only one Prize allowed per person/receipt. The winners shall be determined from all the Contest entries during the offer period and the result shall be final and binding and no correspondence/queries shall be entertained in this regard.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	The winners of the Prizes shall bear all applicable taxes. All Prizes will be subject to Tax deduction at source (if applicable). Conferring Prizes to winners shall be subject to applicable statutory legislation's/processes/formalities/laws and on production of all such documents/papers as may be required by the Organizers before accepting the delivery of such Prize.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	Any failure on the part of the winner/s to comply with directions issued by Organizers for claiming the Prize shall result in forfeiture of the Prize. The decision of the Organizer in this regard shall be final and binding. ﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	Bumper draw includes return air-fare ex-Mumbai by economy class and hotel stay on twin sharing basis only for 5/4 days/nights. All Taxes, visa, local conveyance, meals, personal expenses, insurance etc., has to be borne by the winners of the Bumper draw.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	No exchange or refund is permissible.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	No cash reimbursement in lieu of the Prize is permissible.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	Gold Coins also available without this Contest. This Contest is being made on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary.﻿</li>﻿
﻿<li﻿>﻿	This is a contest of creative writing and skill and not of chance. Winners will be judged based on the slogan. Decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding regarding this promotion, Prizes and parameter in deciding the winner. No claim /correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.﻿</li>﻿
