• Tax filing services are provided by 3i Infotech (Taxsmile). You shall avail the services directly from Taxsmile.
• Reliance Money Mall is a mere facilitator and plays no role in filing of your tax returns.
• Please ensure that your system is capable of handling electronic filing of tax returns and meets the minimum criteria as indicated by Taxsmile.
• You are solely responsible for filing your tax returns and usage of the electronic filing facility does relieve you of your obligations towards the same.
• Electronic/Systems/Communications failure may occur. Reliance Money Mall/Taxsmile does not warrant nor guarantee that the facility will be available at all times.
• No warranties, express or implied, are offered on the merchantability or fitness of the product for your particular purpose.
• You are solely responsible and liable for computing your taxes and ascertaining your obligations.
• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
