I am a Trading Client. Should I create a login ID for Reliance Money Mall ?
No. Trading Clients can login with their existing Trading User ID and Password.
Trading clients need NOT create a new login.
What do I have to pay to become a client in the Reliance Money Mall ?
There are NO fee / charges for registration.
Client needs to make payment only for the products purchased by him on the website.
Can I create two accounts with the same Email ID ?
No. Since Email ID is the Login ID, system will not allow you to create two accounts with the same Email ID.
Even if customer tries to create an account with the same Email ID, the system will prompt the user "Email ID already registered, Click Here to retrieve your password.
I am able to Login to Reliance Money Mall.
After logging, when I click on any product, I get an error "Page cannot be displayed".
(OR) Page gets stuck frequently after logging, when I click on any product, I often get "Page cannot be displayed".
We recommend the following steps to rectify the error :
- Please clear your Internet Cookies and temporary internet files from your browser.

Type the Registered Email ID.
Type the Security Answer for the Security Question selected during the Registration process.

I am a Trading Client. I am unable to reset my password through the Reliance Money Mall.
Chances are that the the customer is using the "Forgot Password" option of the Mall for Non-Trading Clients.
Please guide the customer to use the "Reliance Money Demat Holders, click here" option.
This is just below the "Forgot Password" option - Submit button.
How do I know whether the client asking for a Password Reset is a Trading Client (or) a Non-Trading Client ?
Please ask the customer, "Sir, please give me the ID that you are using in Reliance Money Mall".
If customer provides his Trading Client User ID, guide him through the process defined in Question No. 18-A above.
If the customer gives his Personal Email ID, then he is a Non-Trading Client. Please guide him through the process defined in Question No. 1-B above.
After how many days does the system prompt an user to change password ?
System will not prompt to change the password.
However, the customer can change his password anytime through the Reliance Money Mall, after logging in.
Can I retain the same password ?
Yes, the same password can be retained, till such time you wish to change it.
How many PREVIOUS passwords are not accepted ?
Only the LAST password used by customer is not acceptable.
If I wish to change my password anytime, how can I do it ?
Yes, after logging into Reliance Money Mall, you can change your password anytime.

A new password will be sent to your registered email address.

You can find the "My Cart" on the left top side of your website.

What is the difference between "Shopping Cart" and "Wish List" ?
- Shopping Cart gives you the list of all products that you have selected to purchase, NOW.
- Wish List is parking the products in a place, to purchase it on a later stage.
This saves time and trouble of searching for the product again on the site. It also serves as a reminder to customer.
E.g. Purchase Blackberry to gift someone, to buy Microwave Oven after shifting to a new house etc.
I have not logged in. But I am able to select products under the "Wish List" and "Add to Cart".
The site allows you the comfort of browsing all the products, and add them to your Wish List without logging.
It also allows you to select the products from Wish List to "Add to Cart".
At the time of payment in the "My Cart" section, the system will prompt user to "Login to Checkout".
This will take the user directly to the Login Page and then brings him back to the "My Cart" section.
Customer will have to click on "Checkout" button to make payment.
I am NOT able to select the product from "Wish List" to the Shopping Cart. Why ?(OR) When I click on "Checkout" option in the Shopping Cart, message to remove a product appears. Why?(OR) I have "Blackberry 8110" selected in my "Wish List". Now when I click on "Add to Cart",the system is flashing some message.
Whenever a product is out of stock (or) not sold by the vendor anymore, the product will be removed from the website.
Such modifications on the website are done anytime throughout the day.
At the time of removal of the product from the website, in case the product is already part of the Shopping Cart, the customer gets a message to remove the expired product and proceed with the purchase.
In case the product is already part of the "Wish List", and the customer tries to select the product (after it was removed from the website), then customer gets a message to remove the expired product and proceed with the purchase.

You can select either the Date Range (From and To Dates) or select the Last No. of Transactions option to list the purchases done by you.
The Order No., Date of the Transactions, Status of your order, and the Amount paid by you for each order will be displayed.
Click on the "Order No." to view the details of the products purchased through the Order No.
What is Order Status ?
Order Status gives you the stage of your order, viz. Completed, In-Progress, Failed, Cancelled etc.
Completed transaction - means that all the steps of the payment gateway chosen by you (credit card / netbanking) have been completed and the order has been accepted by the system.
In-Progress transaction - means that the steps of the payment gateway is not complete, and confirmation is awaited from your Bank / Cr. Card Agency.
Failed transaction - means that the steps of the payment gateway is not complete. This could be due to certain Payment Errors (or) the page was closed by you before the transaction could be passed by the payment gateway.
Cancelled transaction - means that the order has been cancelled by Reliance Money Mall.
I am not able to purchase the Financial Products from your website. What could be the reason ?
At the time of registration, there is a dropbox available stating "I would like to purchase Financial Products".
If the customer has NOT ticked (selected) the dropbox, then the customer will NOT be able to purchase the financial products.

You can also change the Quantity of the product from the "My Cart" / "Shopping Cart" menu also.
Go to "My Cart" or My Account menu > Shopping Cart option.
You may also change the Quantity from 1 to the number you wish to purchase, at this stage.

How do I remove a product from my Shopping Cart ?

You can view the Name of the Product, Quantity ordered, and its Price on this page.
Click on "Remove" button, against the product that you wish to remove from your shopping cart.
Click on "Update Cart" button to refresh the list of products on your shopping cart.

What are the modes of payment available to purchase a product ?
The products on our website can be purchased :
Online : Through Credit Card (Master / Visa) or Internet Banking.
Offline : Through Cheque / Demand Draft or Payorder.
Can I use my Trading Ledger to purchase products from the website ?
Trading Ledger can be debited for purchases made for Financial Products.
This option is not available for Non-Financial Products.
What is the delivery period / time for the products ?
The delivery period is mentioned in the Product Description of each product. This is the Despatch Period of the vendor.
Note : Delivery Period is calculated from the date of confirmation of payment by the Bank / Cr.Card agency.
Is Offline Sales available on all products of the Mall ?
Yes. You can purchase any product from the website through Offline mode.
Note : Despatch in this case will begin after the cheque clearance from the Bank. Hence, the TAT will have to be calculated accordingly.
Can I pay cash to purchase a product ?
Sorry, we do not accept cash for purchasing a product. You may choose to buy using your Cr. Card, Netbanking, or
by cheque / demand draft or payorder.
What are the Shipping Charges ?
In other words, they are the Courier / Delivery Charges.
Shipping Charges for each product shall be different, depending on the vendor.
It is mentioned in the Product Description of each product.
I have purchased 4 products through one Order No. 100075001.
Can I have one of the product delivered to another location ?
(OR) Can I specify a different shipping address for one product out of the order ?
If a customer picks 4 products into the "Add to Cart" section and clicks on Checkout, this will be taken as 1 Order of 4 products.
The delivery (shipping) address will be picked up for all products purchased at one shot i.e. through one order.
Customer will not be in a position to choose a different address for just one product in such case.
In other words, the Order Numbers have to be different to choose a different shipping address i.e. customer has to place two
different orders to select two different shipping address.
"E.g. - Select 3 Orders > Checkout > Select the first shipping address > complete the payment process.
- Come back and select the 1 product to be delivered on a different address > Select the first shipping address > complete the payment process.. Customer will be in a position to choose a different address during the second order, since the order number will be different."
Is it necessary to be a Registered Customer of Reliance Money Mall to purchase a product Offline ?
No. You need NOT be a registered customer of Reliance Money Mall to purchase a product Offline.
If I purchase a product through Offline Sales, whom should I address the cheque to ?
Cheque / DD / PO should be in favour of "Reliance Money Infrastructure Limited", payable at Mumbai.
How will I send the cheque to Reliance Money Mall ?
You can send the cheque to : Mr. Ashok Patil, Reliance Money Mall, 1st Floor, Z-A Block, Dana-grain Market, APMC-2, Sector 19B, Vashi, Mumbai - 400705.
Alternatively, you can also deposit the cheque directly to HDFC Bank in A/c. No. 00602150000585.
I made 2 different orders through Offline mode. Can I give a single cheque for both the orders ?
Yes. In this case, you will have to provide the same cheque number for both the Offline Orders.
However, you will have to ensure that the cheque amount is the aggregate (total) of both the orders.
