Reliance Money, ADA Group, has launched its e-commerce web portal www.RelianceMoneyMall.com, offering India’s largest online range of financial products to its customers.
Reliance Money Mall offers a unique browsing experience of Power tool developed using Silverlight 2.0 technology.
It has been powered by Microsoft’s latest technologies including Commerce Server 2007, Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2005.
Besides Financial Products, customers can also purchase Non Financial Products at attractive prices such as Apparels, Accessories, Books / Magazines, Music CDs and DVDs, Home Appliances, Gifts, Flowers etc on the Shopping Portal.
4 When was the Reliance Money Mall launched ?
It was launched on November 21, 2008.

5 Is Reliance Money Mall a branch of Reliance Fresh ?
No. Reliance Money Mall is an online shopping portal. The Mall is a part of Reliance Money from ADA group.

Reliance Money website is best viewed in Internet Explorer Ver 6.0 or above.
2 How do I login ?
Enquire if the customer is a Trading Client, BEFORE asking customer to register.
A) If it is a Trading Client with RMoney, then he can use his Existing Trading Client User name and Password on the Mall also.
B) If he is a Non-Trading Client i.e. a new customer, then request customer to register through "Login / Register" option (available at Top Right of the website).
3 What do I have to pay to become a client in the Reliance Money Mall ?
There are NO fee / charges for registration.
Client needs to make payment only for the products purchased by him on the website.
Information on Products online :
1 What are the type of products that are available on the website ?
The Reliance Money Mall has both FINANCIAL and NON-FINANCIAL products.
Financial products are : SMS Packs, Charts, Reports, Gold Coins.
Non-Financial products are all other Categories and Sub-Categories mentioned under the Products Menu.
2 How do I browse the different products online ?
Path : Reliance Money Mall Website url > Go to Products Menu > Categories > Sub-categories.
The products are listed under each related sub-category.
You need NOT login to view / browse the products online.
However, you need to register yourself, to purchase the products on the website.
3 How do I search for a specific product that I am interested in ?

5 How do I know the list of products that I have purchased previously ?

>Go to : My Account > Transaction History.
6 What is a "Wish List" ?
If you wish to purchase a product later, you can add the product to your wish list by clicking “Add to wish List“.
You can follow the given steps to add the products from Wish List to the Shopping Cart for purchasing a product.

>Select the product
>Click on "Add to Wish List" button.
>Note : No Payment is made when you add products to your Wish List.
7 How do I track my products listed on "Wish List" ?

8 How do I purchase a product from the "Wish List" ?

>Go to : My Account section
>Click on Wish list then select the product by clicking the check box, click on 'Add to cart'.

1 What is the mode of payment to purchase a product ?
The purchase can be made either through :
• Credit Card (VISA Card only) or
• Net Banking (IDBI and HDFC). This payment mode allows you to make payment online from your bank account for your purchases.
Note : Trading Ledger cannot be debited for purchases made in Reliance Money Mall.
2 What is the delivery period / time for the products ?
The delivery period is mentioned in the Product Description of each product.
For general Call Centre knowledge :
• For perishable products (flowers and cakes), the delivery period is T+1 working day.
• For OTHER products (like toys, movies etc.), the delivery period is T+7 working days.
• Gold Coins to be collected from the branch selected by the client after T+10 working days.
Note : The Delivery Period is calculated from the date of confirmation of payment by the Bank / Cr.Card agency.
3 What are the Shipping / Delivery Charges ?
The Shipping / Delivery Charges for each product shall be different. In most cases, the charges are included in the Offer Price itself. The charges (if separately mentioned) can be viewed in the Product Description.

A) Is the client using his Trading Login ID and Password?
If Yes, then follow the process of guiding the customer towards www.reliancemoney.com website > Forgot Password section.
B) If customer is a Non-Trading Client, and is using the Mall Login ID and Password, then :
>Click on the "Login ID / Register" button on the Website.
>Click on "Forgot Password" option.
>Type the User Name
>Type the Security Answer you had provided for the Security Question during the Registration process.
>Type the Text appearing on the page and Click on SUBMIT button.
>Your password will be reset and will be sent to your registered email address.
2 After how many days does the system prompt an user to change password ?
15 days.
3 How many PREVIOUS passwords are not accepted ?
Only the LAST password used by customer is not acceptable.
This case holds good, even if the account is under expired / locked status.
4 Can the Customer retain the same password ?
The same password cannot be retained.
5 If the customer wishes to change his password anytime, how can he do it ?
