Logix Microsystems postpones board meeting
The board meeting of Logix Microsystems which was scheduled to be held on 27 November 2007 has been postponed and the same will be held on 03 December 2007 to consider the issue of shares for acquisition of majority interest in overseas company in USA, to issue warrants on preferential basis to promoters and associates, to issue shares under ESOP and to fix date for convening extra-ordinary general meeting.
