Asian Oilfield Services to issue & allot equity shares and convertible warrants
The extra ordinary general meeting of Asian Oilfield Services will be held on 26 December 2007 to increase the authorised share capital of the company from existing Rs 15,00,00,000 to Rs 17,00,00,000 and to issue, offer and allot upto 15,00,000 equity shares and upto 12,00,000 convertible warrants.
