Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments to issue stock option
The board of Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments has approved the private placement of 6,35,000 shares at 2.5% premium, subject to minimum of Rs 550 per share to overseas bodies corporate.

Further, the board has approved to issue stock option to eligible employees of 3,87,800 shares at 2.5% premium, subject to minimum of Rs 550 per share.

This was approved at the board meeting held on 21 November 2007.
