The board meeting of Uma Petroproducts India will be held on 12 January 2008 to consider and adopt the unaudited financial result of the company for the quarter ended 31 December 2007 and to finalise the matter of entering into agreement / MOU with M S Group of companies, Mumbai for acquisition / development of land.
