Aban Offshore has allotted 60,397 equity shares of Rs 2 each fully paid, pursuant to the notices received for conversion of bonds of an amount aggregating to JPY 440,000,000 (44 FCCBs of face value JPY 10,000,000 each).

These shares were allotted by the company on 03 December 2007.
