Soyabean futures in Chicago rose to the highest in 34 years on rising demand for the oilseed at a time of reduced supply after US farmers planted more corn to benefit from demand for grain-based ethanol.Soyabeans for March 2008 delivery rose 16.25 cents (1.3%) to $12.4775 per bushel. Corn futures rose 0.3% to $4.56 per bushel.
