Kohinoor Foods has announced that the bondholder needs to surrender 50% their bonds by the close of business on 28 March 2008 and company shall issue shares in lieu of 50% of the bond value held by each bondholder on 31 March 2008.

The company made this announcement after the trading hours on Friday, 28 March 2008.
